The 2 October 2021, Saint-Cloud
A dual Group winner in Germany including the Preis der Sparkassen Finanzgruppe (Gr.3) this season, TABERA was offered from Litex Commerce AD in training with Miltcho Mintchev. With a rating of 49 (108), the daughter of Gleneagles out of Group 1 winner TEMIDA was knocked down for €400.000 in favour of Michel Zerolo (Oceanic Bloodstock).
She’s a lovely mare and her pedigree speaks for itself. She’ll go to Haras des Capucines. She doesn’t have any Northern Dancer blood, so she could be covered by Wootton Bassett or No Nay Never.
The winner of the Prix du Prince d’Orange (Gr.3), SAIYDABAD (lot 32), was subject to a lot of interest from buyers around the ring. It was Emmanuel de Seroux that had the final say at €575,000 for the colt out of Prix de Lieurey (Gr.3) winner SARKIYLA from the close family of the excellent GOLD TRIP.

Highly anticipated in the ring, PENJA was at the origin of a long bidding battle between Stuart Boman and an online bidder on ARQANA Online. The Blandford Bloodstock agent finally came out on top with a bid of €1,200,000. The daughter of Camelot won the Prix de Psyché (Gr.3) and finished runner-up in the Prix de la Nonette (Gr.2) last time.
I’ve bought her for Mr. Jurgen Satori, a German client, commented Stuart Boman. We’re very happy with the purchase, as she’s an exceptional filly with a fantastic acceleration. We had to fight to get her but she’s worth it. We’re delighted.
